It spins now but feels really rough. I'm going to spin it a couple hundred times and see if the spring just needs to be worn down a little. It could be the teeth on the inside of the bezel as well. I'm going to look for a better bezel.

Yes. Clark friction washer and Clark click spring. Everything else is TC.

Try a shot of gun oil under the bezel and use a gloved hand to prevent your skin from getting sore.

I soaked the friction washer in wd-40. It's been working great thus far. It has a very firm rotation and nice click sound.

My father's gen 16613 feels softer and has a quieter click, but it is a P serial being 15 years older.

If I run into anymore problems, I'll try the gun oil. I have some Hoppe's in the gun safe.

Just curious why there is so much talk of changing the stock TC bezel insert? It seems more gen like than any other sub yet as soon as you see an incoming TC the posts always mention swapping out the insert?
