Yup! that's my superfranken end-game TC (gen everything except for the TC case set, yuki bracelet with gen SEL, and SH3135 movement)
The date disc is gen - it's just a bolder font variant because Rolex changed their 3135 date disc fonts sometimes over the years in small manufacturing batches. It still has the 3D raised ink printing and the the teeth are cut with well-defined precision. As for the non-perfect date alignment, this has to do with the yuki/SH 3135 movement as I have noticed (from various yuki/sh movements) and it is caused by either:
1. the dial feet holes aren't drilled with precise tolerance in the correct location on the mainplate which causes the dial to not sit centred
2. the date jumper (part 3135-614) is a bit off which prevents the date disc from being centred within the date window
I have the same date disc from the same seller here:
very very very nice piece, but it makes me strange to see that font

flat 's' dials were made for like a year only (don't remember exactly, but i think they were seen in 2002 subs only), so they are quite uncommon

Yours is a 5 tick at 6 so it's from 2001-2002, period correct for an Y or K SERIES with lug holes.
Serial D and F serial (2004-2005) can have the flat "S" but with 3 tick at 6, this is the one what I'm looking for my build
