Quick question for those of you that have swapped to gen xtal. Were you able to use the existing gasket, or did you have to replace? If so, would you happen to remember what size? Thank you!
+1 on @indywatchguy recommendation. Ive always used the gen gasket that come with the gen xtal. Good luck

You going to install that gen LV bezel assembly on this?

That watch is currently with tickleshoes getting GEN crystal, DW, Hands, Crown on WSO tube, service yuki with gen auto wind module....I really don't think I'm going to break open that gen LV insert and bezel yet..Maybe save it for the future...will see.

Stunning, but im surprised you could take your 6 digit off!
TO be honest, and this is quite a statement, whatever I have on I always miss my TC, even if it is my gen LMPO or gen the Sub-C... it is strange but it's happening!!!

@Nivka Hell yea! You can't beat a five digit sub! My go to watch. My LV is the love of my life....LOL. I just built a completely real Rolex 16610LN so that is by back up. So much I am thinking of breaking down my 116610LN and parting it up.

It was the sub-c that led me to the forum, but I've converted over those 2+ years. My folks have offered to gift me a watch when I graduate at the end of the year, and now I don't know what to do! The sub-c would be nice, but I'm wondering if a 5 digit would be better. Problem is I love the maxi dial and hands and the 16610lv is beyond my budget. Maybe a 16613lb, but I've never seen a gen or even rep in the flesh

Well if your parents are going to pay.....LOL. Take the cash and put it towards a nice LV. If they will pay for a 116610LN it is around $8000. You can get a real nice 16610LV for that.

Only thing missing is my Rolex brought 16610. It is in the safe deposit box. The 16613 on the right is my Rolex brought one.

Agreed. It was a quick pic before I went on Vacation. I will do a nice thread. I am just jet lagged and need a vacation from my vacation.

Man. It must be a blast to live in Holland. My cousin married someone from there. Last name is Hagen. He and his brother and the mother and father were amazing people. They told me stories of how everyone watches out for each other. So cool.
