You could be doing worse things than buying Reps. I am beginning to panic. My #3 each box only has 11 open spaces. 2 watches out for repair, 1 Breitling inbound, and 6 watches on order. That leaves only two spaces before they get spread around my home office.

Only 5/8th filled. But this should change pretty soon, 4 more watches have been ordered, 2 are already on their way.
So I have three options now:
- Throw the G-Shock out of the watch box and let it rest somewhere else
- Sell the SKX009
- Get another or a bigger box

I always wanted to keep my collection pretty small, max 8 watches, that's why I bought this box specifically. But since I joined the Rep-Community, this seems like an unreasonable small number
I already had my eye on one of those gorgeous boxes from Bosphorus leather. If they weren't that expensive ...

I am PlastikMan and I am have an addiction.

I remember starting in this community in 2017 ordering my first rep... I now have a very small collection by RWI standards... I have a box of 20 that overspills to 24 watches

Not sure if I really want to spend around 1000€ for one of those amazing boxes from Bosphorus. I mean, they are just beatiful, but that's quite a lot just to store reps.

Good choice on increasing your rep collection.

On the box front, blimey 1000EUR? Don’t know how great the box is, If you allow my personal opinion I’d add 2 or 3 more watches for that money and get a cheaper box... but that’s me

State of the collection. Some more watches in another box but these are my "go to's". About 60/40 on the gen vs. rep front at this point.

Check out the Glenor Company's boxes on Amazon. Quality belies the price, really good for both gen and rep.

Thanks, but I already had a weak moment yesterday and ordered the bigger version of my box with 18 instead of 8 slots. But as a replacement, not as an addtion, at least for now
I think 18 watches "should" be enough to cover all situations and needs. Ok, you could live with just one watch like a 114060, but we don't do that here I guess. So you know what that means - I will get another few watches in the near future for sure. The empty slots want ot be filled

Here is a link to the box if anyone else is interested. It is neither the cheapest, nor the best, but I think it's a pretty good compromise between price and quality. I don't leak the super cheap boxes made of cardboard.

An update on the collection as it stands currently. There’s a few missing - some are on the workbench, and I have an incoming Victorinox. Turns out 6x12 slot boxes isn’t enough...

Edit: Plus I completely forgot about an incoming Deepsea Challenge, and gen Citizen Orca. Half the reason I have so many is due to suffering from "buy and forget syndrome"...

The eagle has landed. With currently four watches on the way, I had to upgrade from the 8 watch box to the 18 watch variant. This "should" be enough
