Look around and ask the dealers if they have any 318L's left in stock.
Its the same thing as a 005K (same factory, same parts, same thing), but the 318L has a different caseback vs. the 005K.

Thats what I did because I couldn't wait, and couldn't be happier.

Hi Sead is from which trusted dealer shop? The crown spacing looking very accurate! congrats

Sead is "Supermirrors", you can find him in the new dealers section (I guess). He mods and/or custom builds watches and can be found in Europe.

I can only speak in superlative about him, highly recommended to anyone looking for something more than a cartel watch, or some betterr prices. He ships through uk to Europe, or customs stuff directly from him.
