My personal opinion: This site has various red flags. Too many to elaborate, actually, because I don't have the time to do so.
Again my personal opinion: It seems in fact fraudulent to me.
I would strongly suggest to buy from a community-vetted TD instead.

Why would one come into a group and inquire about purchasing a product from a dealer that has not been listed in the verified and trusted dealer network of said group? Does said dealer have any reviews within the group? It appears not. Does one expect that a dealer not within the group's trusted network, not previously used by any member, and therefore not reviewed within the group, would get a resounding approval and go-ahead? Is one blissfully ignorant of the concept of "buying the dealer" and trusting those who have previously conducted successful transactions with said dealers?

$150? Looks legit. You should probably send all your money to them. Besides- the guy that gave the watch a 5 star review said "the cufflinks are amazing!". Good enough for me....

We have a great trusted dealers section here with dealers who have been vetted by RWI. I would stay away from the sketchy guys and stick to the known dealers here.
