Shipment information Recieved but Package has not been handed to shipper

Well, my package has already been picked up by DHL (much earlier than I expected) and its delivery is estimated for Monday and it would probably arrive earlier if it wasn't Easter.

In the meantime I will remain locked up for my own safety at home, since I am on a guy's sites and I have the Rolling 60s click headed my way.
I will have to be like this until they change to another way.

Be careful guys the purewatch service is no longer as before, they sent me a watch (they say) through dhl and for 14 days it has been in a non-existent space, because dhl has not yet started it. I have written several emails and the only one who answers is jennifer but no one answers the shipping service. I asked for a refund and they don't want to give it to me. I bought the watch on jenuary 27, its months have passed. They take time each time with different excuses. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, keep your watches there are other very serious companies that are shipping quietly, the only ones to have problems are you.

And you have not received the QC? It is very unusual for you to have a tracking number without having received and confirmed it before.

My package arrived today with my watch in perfect condition, a new deal with Puretime that leaves without any problem beyond a delay by DHL in picking up the package due to the current situation.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please understand we are not the shipping company. Our shipping company has lots of experiences sending replica watches and many other dealers are using the same shipping company as we do. Also, I did have explained a few times for the DHL shipping in the past days. It's a tough time for every dealers also the shipping companies(Custom denies, packages returned & flights cancelled ).It happens to almost all the packages. We are all struggling to ship despite the difficulties under current situation.
Again i am sorry for the delays. Your patience is highly appreciated on this matter.

I have believed you for almost 3 months, now I honestly don't believe you anymore, what you are doing is selling watches that you have not received yet waiting for them to arrive and in the meantime take time creating shipments and sending the codes. I have received 4 more shipments from China in these days without any problem the delays of cuiparlate are not real or in any case they are not so serious as to justify 14 days of waiting to deliver a watch to dhl. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. 3 MONTHS WAITING!!!!!!

Guy be patient... fast qc and shipment created on 25.03. Shipment department responses in a few days at my email requests. DHL shipment moved today from HK.
So an overall good buying experience in this hard covid times and don’t remember that you are not talking about an Amazon deal. Man probably this is not business for you, go elsewhere

Sir, you need to lower your expectations regarding the time it is taking for you to receive your watch. As others have pointed out in similar threads, this is not Amazon. If you ordered the ZZF Sub (as some of your previous posts suggests) you most likely had a delay in getting to this point as you ordered it:

During Chinese New Year
Right in the middle of the pandemic
The ZZF Sub is more difficult to get from some TD's

Some people are waiting a few days and some are waiting up to 3+ weeks for DHL to pick up packages. It's the luck of the draw. Hong Kong is an apparent bottle neck. Mine is stuck, not moving, waiting to get to Hong Kong. So sit back, take a deep breath and continue to wait. It's not PureTimes fault.

I am sorry my friend, we are already in holiday in 27th Jan, and we could not come back to work because of the outbreak, when we came back to work and we could not get stocks from the makers because factories were not allowed to work, we could not ship out anything because the couriers were not working.

Then China stabilised, things started to become normal again, the virus broke out all around the world, we are 70% down in sales, but my expenses are still the same, I want to sell and ship more than anyone else. But since no one is travelling so 90% of flights are cancelled, only a few cargo planes are flying so all packages need to line up and wait in HK.

Since we have already passed your package to the shipper and we have no control over the shipment anymore, now we can only wait patiently.

I know how frustrated waiting is but we did try our best, really hope you can understand and please dont hesitate to contact us again if you have further questions.

I heard some Amazon listings say 1+ month delivery time.

March 23 - shipment label generated with DHL
April 2 - I contacted TD for update, as stated above flights are bottled necked in HK
April 8 - I checked tracking again, no changes
April 9 - received email that package was scheduled for pickup
April 10 - sorted at HK facility
April 11 - Arrived at Cincinnati HUB USA, custom clearance processed
April 13 9:13am - Arrived at delivery facility, Pittsburgh
April 13 10:35am - recieved DHL tracking update from DHL, contact DHL
April 13 11am - contacted DHL, instructed to call US Customs, given name and number, I Did Not Call
April 13 - researched all the information I could on customs procedures online
April 14 - received letter from US Customs, (I was shocked to receive letter next day) informing me that my package contained counterfeit items, I was given 7 days to claim or items are forfeited
April 14 - forwarded scanned copy of letter to TD
April 15 - received response from TD, they are working on my request for replacement

I have ordered many times (18+ times) from Puretime , I have alway received prompt responses, within a day unless holiday or weekend, to my emails and my chat questions. If I use the chat during their operating hours, I usually receive response quickly, with an hour or two. The chat messages are also forwarded to your email, Incase your not in front of computer.

It shocks me to read a complaint that PT hasn’t responded and can’t get help on a question. This hobby requires and teaches - PATIENCE.

Tip with any TD - ask if watch is available from manufacturer, even if website says in stock, wait for response before placing order.

Thanks for the informative post. Mine was shipped from PureTime on 4/9 using SF Express. It was initially moving but is now stuck at the Shenzhen Distribution Center waiting to get to HK. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't get seized as well.

Hi,

here my experience with two different dealer. The one which arrived is shipped with Euro business parcel from Baiyun,Guangzhou,China.


And the other 2 are shipped with dhl express and no movement at the time.

So, if I'm readinga corerectly, thereaw are delats at the initiakl stages of the DHL shipping process, but once it gets on a plnae, it's very quick, correct? It's just taking long t get to the plane, and that delay can vayry from a coaupole of days to a month, right?
