That's certainly nice, but I'm not sure if I can swing 47mm with a 6.75" wrist.

I'd love to see the brown dial in person though.

What actually interested me the most was the engraved bezel. I wonder if you could fill in the bezel engraving with black?

If you're worrying about 47mm (and with wired lugs at that for Rads) with half an inch bigger wrist than mine, I should be very concerned with my sub collection (as those are wider with solid lugs and higher with those bezels). Hehehe

These are the pics of the 687 I found on-line (non TD).
I am as well thinking seriously to pull the trigger but I am waiting for some additional photos of the watch..

Hopefully the overall verdict will be that this one qualifies in the super rep range..

It is a very well made rep, maybe first class, but I don't think it will qualify as a super-rep. Some points.

1. Engraving on the bezel and maybe also the caseback looks thicker and shallower than on the gen.
2. Bezel and case finishing, especially on the side, is poor. Probably because of the sample, but the bezel should be polished, rep looks like it's brushed.
3. Cannon pinion on the rep is too small.
4. Case engraving on the case indicates 100m. It should be 30m.

Are there any responses to @mysterio's points? I can see the case says the correct 30m instead of 100m. How is the polishing/brushing on the case? The bezel writing does look quite a bit bolder than photos of the gen. Anyone planning on doing an in-depth review?

I can't unsee the arse-about-face, caseback on the front effect that the bezel gives. I really like the dial though.

how does the newly released ZF version compare to last year's SF version? the 30m was corrected and the case seems to be less brushed...
