service/hobbyist/watchmaker who can source panerai submersible 44mm gen glass ?

Hiya all! I own VFS factory replica of Panerai 1226 (submersible, 44mm).

I want to change domed fisheye glass for either genuine sapphire crystal OR 3rd party (alibaba etc) sapphire crystal which is on par with genuine (i.e will NOT produce fisheye effect)

Any recommendations? I live in EU, so willing to ship inside EU only.

Not sure about 3rd parties in the EU. However, if you are willing to expand your search outside the EU you could ask Steve of Professor Crystals (RWI Trusted Vendor). From my understanding, he ships to the EU from the States and sells Panarai crystals.

hmm, but how I'm gonna change that crystal? I dont know anyone who would change it in EU.

I see what you're saying now—I misread your post. I thought you only wanted to source a crystal. My apologies. You could source the crystal from Prof XTL, then send it along with the watch to one of the trusted RWI watchsmiths. I believe there are a few based in the EU. See here for the list.
