I've noticed the SEL's on the gen stuff doesn't sit flush. It kind of bothered me at first (I guess that's the OCD in me). It doesn't bother me anymore. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for this post! I had one question I couldn’t find in this thread.

I have a gen 16570 Explorer II from 1989 and the bracelet is pretty stretched out. I was thinking of buying the puretime bracelet ( https://puretime.io/submariner-16610-ss-bracelet-jf-1-1-best-edition-fit-genuine-watch.html ). Would anyone know if this would fit my explorer since mine is non SEL? They’re both 20mm
