I had a 007 w/ samurai dial and handset with silver bezel....should have kept it ; it was quite cool looking. Oh well I have a 013 and prefer the size on my bitch wrist.

Cool watch but flipped it, was bothered by not being able to manually wind it. Non hacking as well. I think the turtle is better value for money and the price difference is not that much

Doing the nh36a wind hacking mod would have been a cool project to do. I’m thinking of starting a skx project myself.

Just got into reps, ordered an Omega PO Noob and enjoying it but headed to Cuba in two weeks and I'm a big surfer, diver & beach bum so knew I wanted something a little more low budget, durable and badass. I've had Nixons in the past but their style just doesn't do it for me anymore and that classic diver look can't be outdone.

So, I'm gonna unload the Nixon's (hopefully) and enjoy some newer ones like this. Paid extra for a nice oyster bracelet... Can't wait to get it and enjoy while traveling.

Has anyone modded one of these? Only desire would be maybe changing hands or the color of the second hand. Also need to learn about straps vs. bracelets and where to get the good ones.

The skx is really the Honda civic of watches, in a very good kind of way. Modded mine yesterday, but saw something cool 10 min later. Not sure if I need to keep modding or buy 10 more skx's lol

Feel like I missed the boat on the SKX as prices are high and can pick up the Pepsi turtle for the same price at the moment which is tempting me at £290.

Modded these watches look great but personally I find seikos entire dive lineup really cheap looking out of the box. Meanwhile they turn out masterpieces with the presage line in dress watches maybe it's just me.
