For tansparency i will say that I placed a previous order with Ctime and received a very nice watch, with a delivery time of about 2 weeks. But, its not always perfect and the buyer can be left in an awkward position without much recourse as i am in now.
I placed my order on Dec 9th 2024 and got QC and shipping number quickly. Waited and inquired weekly after about 3 weeks. Communication was always quick and the response was always "wait a little longer." On roughly Feb 1st, after about 60 days, the seller said the package had been lost and they would send another one out. I got a new QC and shipping number and started the process over. On about March 1st there was still no activity on the shipping number and I was told to wait more. At the 90 day mark from original purchase, I began asking for a refund and was told that only if it was seized would they issue a refund and to "wait longer". So, the downside to this process is that you and I are totally at the mercy of the seller. After more than 90 days of trying to get this watch, I have nothing and have been denied a refund and told to wait. I dont think Ctime is a scam and they have been responsive but as a buyer I have no real recourse at this time other than to wait and see if they issue the refund. today is March 18th, 2025 (100 days since initial order and about 50 days since the second, replacement watch, was said to have shipped) and there is still no activity on my most recent tracking number and I have again requested a refund. I think that a buyer should understand that this isn't Amazon or ebay and that you are 100% at the mercy of the seller and posting your experience here is your only recourse.

this is first time to buy at C times.
i also received QC 13th March.
but i don’t receive trucking number.
i ask them when i can know trucking number .
they always say “ wait a little bit” again and again..
i am afraid of being like your situation…

As an update, a few hours after my original post, I was informed that the item had been seized and I WAS issued a full refund.

Dude, I am not going to manually approve any more of your posts.
You need to take out a support ticket at the HelpDesk to have your multi account issue fixed.
