Hi, go to the trusted dealer forum tread.
From there there are many trustee dealers you can choice from with links to there websites. I orderd two times from Trusty Time and it was smooth from asking till delivery.
And wich quality depence on wich Watch that you want. If you want a Rolex sub 126610 nr.1 Vsf nr2. Clean nr. 3 ZF
