OP, I've purchased from Sead a few times and they've always come good. You've got nothing to worry about, plus they do so relax a few times, and I couldn't agree with them more.

And I feel for you, Saed, because now to @Karbon74 's point, you've got a guy who is stirring the pot - that is to say questioning shipping and trying to create conflict - in other threads as he firmly believes he is in the right. And now you have to go into each and refute those claims. Unbelievable.

Yes it is, the purchase of counterfeit is both a civil and a criminal offence and penalties may be applied for both.

and being a transaction online as a buyer I cannnot determine if the watch is authentic or not until I received it (not even then maybe). So it's not illegal .

But there is a trail of evidence that shows you knew exactly what you were buying, and from whom that would go into the brief if you had Sead investigated, have you forgotten all those emails? In addition, the burden of proof for a civil suit is a lot lower so Rolex could sue you (and they often do especially in the EU where it is easy. If you happen to be some kind of high profile target (rich, famous, businessman etc) they can make an example of they usually jump at the chance but thankfully for you, you don't appear to be bright enough to be any of those.

If TDs blacklisted ppl from buying your name would be on top of that list...

Well .. I don't import anything the watch doesn't go thru customs and being a transaction online as a buyer I cannot determine if the watch is authentic or not until I received it (not even then maybe). So it's not illegal .

- payment 14 December (via wire transfer with payment confirmation sent via email)
- sead advised on 14 December a tracking number will likely be provided by Monday 17 December
- 17 december no tracking provided, just an email after 2-3 follow ups that he will provide the tracking number
- 18 December no tracking number provided, no replies from sead

hopefully this is not another SCAM. Awaiting for another day before filling a legal complaint with his bank And police.
