Hard to tell for sure from those pics, ask the seller to send some clear ones, if he can't forget it or offer him $100 LOL 
rep. bezel teeth too short and not pointy enough, CGs not skinny enough nor long enough. HE valve not dark enough. bezel looks quite thick, or maybe just the angle.

Tough pictures to tell 100% from.
Most reps don't have a strong bevel around the datefont...seeing the light reflection angles on this is a good sign. I believe the size of the crown is tough to tell, due to the angle.
The casing looks good. The He valve is titanium. The unclear picture doesn't show the accurate color.
The bezel is nice and thick. 90% of the SeaDweller reps don't have this thicker bezel.
Better pics, and an asking price might help tip the scale.

The bezel looks thick enough. SD reps usually don't have thick bezel and crystal like the gen does.
It's a rep....in additional to the analysis above, the fonts on 4000ft = 1220m are too far apart....

Two things tell me it is a rep right from a short glance.
1-SEL that connects to the watch case is NOT recessed, it should dip under case, not to mention the gap between the left and right side where the pin goes.
2-Swiss made on the 6 o clock position is missing the smaller minute markers

2 is not supposed to be. There are 2 dials I know of. One is this. Pic from Timezone. 1999 model: Only "Swiss" on the dial. One minute marker under it:
Another dial, current version. Minute marker between "Swiss" and "Made"

I say Gen
1-15 bezel indecies thin not blocky.....cgs look right as does crown notch.....logo crown wide like gen and not narrow and tall...HE looks right (even with bad picture)...pearl looks right...rehaut is good....hour markers right size...not hair smaller like reps and fonts look right
I'd snatch that sucker up for $100

I say REP, but worth looking into for purchase if under $200... obviously, depending on the movement.
