Well, all I can say is Lucy is so far the best TD I have dealt with. I like how she speak to her customer like me. Very patient and does not get rude at all when I ask questions. She and her staff knows what to look for when sourcing a watch from the factory. She usually keep the watch for a couple of days just to make sure the watch that she will send you is in good working order. She even send the watch back even if I haven't seen it because she saw some defect. I ordered an Omega LMPO this time and i love it! She got me a very nice piece! I recommend Lucy on your next purchase and you will feel the difference when it comes to ordering process. Great seller! Here's the close up of the logo of mine.
