If I remember right it was around 400-425, It was with the center pearl so it was higher than there made to measure you can buy online. I think you can order online now and they are 350 or so.
The sky is the limit with them, they can custom anything you want.

Yeah. You can go to a cartier store and ask for one. They will sell it to you but the cost is probably 400$ for the strap alone. Dont know about the buckle but it must be expensive. IMHO you can find gen strap on Ebay for 200$, just need to be patient.
