even if everybody swim with their SeaQ, that don't means that your sample is water proof !
I have one, and I don't swim with mine.
Should I do ?
I am asked because if I buy this watch I would like to swim with it, since it's a diver and I consider it a summer watch. I would like to take it to the beach.
So the info I was looking for is simple - just someone sharing their experience so I can form an idea of how likely it is to be waterproof.
Obviously if I buy it and it leaks water I'm gonna blame it only on myself, but I will accept it, it's €600, not the end of the world. But if a few people told me that it leaks then I save those €600, no?
I am not going to tell you if you should swim with your watch. It's your choice. I swim with my replica Submariner all the time and it's my own choice, I took a risk knowingly and I have been pleased to discover that it's safe for swimming at the beach or at the pool.
I believe his point was that it’s always a gamble when it comes to water resistance on reps. James’s might be waterproof while John’s leaks like a sieve. Two people telling you that their watches are waterproof means nothing, yours might just as well not be. You never know.
The recommendation will always be to get it tested before swimming with it, regardless.
Of course. It was just a question to start having an idea. If two people reply and both tell me their watches leaked, then I suppose probably this model isn't waterproof.

You should never trust the waterproofness of any rep out of the box, regardless of the factory of origin. Take your watch to a local watchmaker and get it waterproofed. The service is not a big expense and will save you future heartache. The watchmaker should provide you with test results and let you know the waterproof rating in atmospheric bars. I've done this to all of my reps at $30-40 USD each, including my SeaQ. Prices may vary. Like all of my waterproof watches with a screwdown crown, I've gone swimming in the pool with my SeaQ and had no issues.

if two forumers say they don't swim, and another one say its sample was leaked...that means nothing.

Yes, most modern watches can be made waterproof. The questions you should ask are how many atmospheric bars of waterproofness the watch can withstand, and does the watch has additional mechanical waterproof features.
My SeaQ was waterproofed from 5 ATM to 13 ATM. Additionally, it has a screw-down crown and a screw-down case back. I've taken the SeaQ to the pool with no issues. I've only done this once.
In comparison, I got my Cartier Santos waterpoofed from not waterproof to 10 ATM. However, it has a push-in crown and a case back held together by 4 screws. Washing my hands and rainfall will not hurt the watch. I would not take it to the pool. I would be afraid of the push-in crown accidentally opening due to the swimming motions with my arms through the water.
Spend the $30-40 and save yourself the cost of replacing a water-damaged watch.

Grease the seals and get it tested by a watch maker, if it passes, it can swim. If it doesn't pass after that it will need more evaluation. Most diver type replicas an be made waterproof, the question you should ask is are you willing to take a $500 rep that is annoying to fix into water? Consider that all it takes is for you to forget to screw the crown down all the way once and boom, $500 rep that is PITA to fix is a paperweight.
Furthermore, even gen watches are recommended, if it's a water watch, to be tested every one to two years.
Also the advice never applies if you're actually diving depths, Only for swimming (although I've seen people dive with a VSF Sub). If you want to dive, take a Citizen Promaster ISO diver. There's noone to impress down there except some fish (;

I don't want to dive, if I did I would get a serious instrument. I just want to chill at the beach or the pool without having to take off my watch every time
