Lately I have been getting lots of "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later." messages. Really irritating but I guess it is to be expected with all the forums that are currently down. Guess all the forums are in need of new servers :lol:

yes we have noticed mate. We are averaging some 800 users on line at any given time this week which is pushing the server (which BTW as I announced a couple of weeks ago is slated for replacement) so there is not much that can be done until a new server is obtained and installed. We are fine tuning things as much as possible to keep the disruptions to a minimum.
I haven't had a problem, maybe it's a problem with the phone line?

No, VIPs are less likely to be shed than ordinary members, the filter works it's way up the ranks as load increases.
