I office from home, so unless I have a client meeting, every day in the summer is shorts, Keens, and a Polo shirt of some color.
Regarding boat shoes, I grew up sailing on a big inland lake here. Sperry makes the best deck shoes, IMHO. So unbelievably comfortable and long lasting. I bought a pair of Timberland deck shoes once, because I liked the style, and they completely stunk for sailing. They were expensive and completely sucked for performance and comfort on the boat. Also, the insole was a foamy fabric material that stuck to your feet and was super uncomfortable unless you wore socks. They sat in my closet for almost 15 years since the last time I wore them, and I finally donated them this past fall. In hindsight, after seeing you guys rocking your deck shoes, I wish I would have kept them and maybe I should have tried pulling out those insoles and replacing them with something better. Hindsight is always 20/20. Too late now.
