In Yakima WA. About 120 miles from Seattle. Central WA is rural, agricultural and more high desert. Once you get over the mountain pass WA dries out. Most people think of WA and they think rain but that is really the puget sound region. I spent 30 years in Seattle and the last 20 in Yakima. I love the four seasons, minimal rain and best part...no traffic.

Thanks ! I was scared as hell of the secs@12 but we have enough resources here to get it back and working if it flakes out
so I have made peace with it.
