For the umpteenth time, that site is NOT Ruby, Ruby is dead, murdered. Whoever owns that site is not a TD here nor have they ever been one and they are piggybacking off the name of a martyred OG dealer.

Why the hell do you guys keep trying to buy from random nobodies on the web instead of the TDs either here or at other fora?

I tried it today on the new website with the old password and it worked allowing me to see the items in stock, I placed my order but this is not like usual, it responded with a email writing the order is ok and the price is 0
No mention of replying back in X time or something else…
So is this the right procedure?

What does Rubys usually charge (estimates) for a 1674 case and dial? New here and totally a noob. I started out buying a R@ffleDi@ls 1675 case, dial, hands, and bracelet. Then I started wanting more.

I bought an authentic 1570 Rolex movement and now want to put that in a ruby case as the previous case is made for an ETA 2836 movement.

My goal is to take the authentic movement and get Rubys or other parts that are undistinguishable from the original.

Please share your thoughts and experiences.

I've never found any aftermarket parts that are indistinguishable from original parts.

Thank you. What I am thinking of doing is getting super close clone 1675, 5513, & 1601 cases, dials and hands for authentic OLEX movements for the reference and build my own vintage collection.

I have a couple watch sets from r@ffels. The 1533 and 1675. The bezel on the 5513 turns way to loose. I made the mistake of trying to remove the bezel and thinking it might be like a typical bezel. I don’t like that design. So I might look at what you’re describing.

I do like his 1675.

Out of curiosity, this sounds like the "BP" Factory case. Is the Bezel using a plastic gasket (similar to a crystal gasket) instead of the old school tension 'wire' design? I made the same mistake on a BP 1675 (terrible rep).

Seems Ruby’s photos have popped up via a dealer on instagram. I’ve contacted them asking about their story. They even mention they’ll add the item to eBay for more purchase security lol. Will keep this updated


Update: they are asking 1200 euro for a case
