Hey, here is Ruby. I am very sorry for the delay. I reply more than 30 emails everyday. As usual, I will reply all your emails within 24 hours, sometimes within 48 hours. You know, because of time zone. If I don't reply you within 48 hours, please resend. goldmedal88@126.com is my regular email address. It is chinese free email box. Maybe sometimes, our emails cannot reach each other. When I get the return email, I will resend via my hotmail address. But sometimes, no emails return. We both know, the Internet is not always reliable. :wink:

I accept you guys said I am slow. Because I have to check the watch before shipping. I take the picture to confirm before you get it. It will take time to do that. Some guys doesn't believe me check before shipping. It is ok. You have rights to say that. But it means you never do busienss with me. I suggest you try next time.

To be a dealer, I really don't want to delay your orders. But some things out of control. I don't know what happened in China market this year. Most of the items are out of stock or stop producing.

One more thing I have to emphasize is that " DAVE IS NOT RUBY". Ruby is Ruby. Dave is Dave. That is all. I am not online often. I am busy to do my website www.NiceReplica.com I was very surprised that some guys said that. Anyway, it is a good thing. I think I must give discount to Dave in his next order. Anyway, do business with Ruby, you have no risk. I take care all of your orders. When you get the watch from me, you will understand it is worth to wait. In otherwise, if I deliver fast , but you get junk items. Will you be more happier to wait?

i've bought once from her but inquired on many watches. she has impressed me pretty greatly with her honesty. Her response was good with me, sometimes though my mail filter sends her mail into the junk folder.

I ordered more than 15 watches from her I think and never have any problem. For sure it takes one more week than others but you receive the pics before shipping..I have had a broken watch and she accepted to repair..Excellent after sales services..Never ordered through her website... :wink:
