The red arrows depict the different gradients of blue, as it is hard to show the sunburst shine and definition of the dial in an indoor setting.
The overall surface of the dial, apparent tapisserie definition (apparent because its only a visual effect), the sunburst effect and luxury feel of the dial has been improved visually.
Oh man, so tempting. I have a JF V3 in blue that, though I like the color, is very light compared to most of the gen pictures I see. Excellent work!
There are at least 3 different shades of blue for the gen and the v3 color isn’t wrong. It replicated the late H/ I series blue dial color quite well don’t worry.

I had this done on my 15500 a couple of months ago, it took me a little while to fully appreciate it but I really like it. The dial has a nice metallic finish to it now, it's best appreciated in natural outdoor lighting.
I find myself staring at it frequently, something I didn't do with the stock dial.
As Legend has mentioned the tappesserie pattern is not the same as the gen so don't expect it to be as good but it's definitely a nice improvement over stock. I recommend it.
It's hard to capture it on camera but here are some pics
RonP now the blue match your flip-flop 1:1
Indeed the dial looks 100x better, I got myself a blue zf 15400 and the color is so "flat", I even preferred the old jf dial.
Yes many factories have produced a better dial than ZF. My APS Royal Oak Ceramic and incoming R8F tourbillon have a much better sunburst effect. Without the sunburst the watch just screams fake.
Agreed, I got offered a 15500 APSF and the sunburst dial is way more dynamic than the flat zf dial.
Didn’t know APSF produced the 15500?
They don't. Only ZF, OMF and an unknown DHGate variant manufactures a rep AP 15500.
OK then I wonder what SHB has been drinking. :legend:
