I know that a lot of you are hoping for this to happen. I WILL make this happen (preliminary fitting will be by end of this week) , however I NEED someone to send me their "Ultamite" Stainless Steel version that came on the bracelet so I can make sure the links fit this version as well. I have no intention of owning the Royal Oak in SS & if I don't receive a SS version to test fit this project will end with only my custom RG inserts from my jeweler. I'm located in NJ if anyone is close to me send me a PM.

The RG for APBands is real gold, so it's pricey ($500.00).

How are going to source a rep insert ?

If people are interested in this, I believe the best option is to obtain a file that can be used on a 3d printer to make the inserts we need. The next step is to buy the version on a bracelet, destroy said bracelet and get a strap maker to make a nice strap using insert and links that fit.

It will not be 1:1 with gen strap, but it will look good!

That is not a solution. If you make a custom strap to fit the existing rep end links from ANY model currently produced it still will not be accurate because they will look too short. Part of the "look" on an RO is that longer prominent end link. I am not "sourcing" any rep parts for this. I'm making end links from scratch, basically Gen spec (like APbands conversion kit) but with 100% fitment to our Rep cases (APbands DOES NOT fit rep case * I confirmed this) on 1 side and Gen Strap on other side.
