First post here and so far I am really frustrated. Placed an order on March 6 with my American Express card. Transaction took me to a screen where it said it would send me a code to verify it was a valid charge. Received the code and the transaction said processed. Steve said the transaction failed and asked if I would try it again. I did try again but Amex did not approve the additional attempt as it came back with a fraud alert. The original charge has gone from pending to posted for 5 days now. Steve says he doesn't have the payment but American Express says he does. The only option I have now is to file a dispute which Amex says it could take 4-6 weeks.
