It's the same case just with a different, flat caseback.
Don't really understand the thought process that the shield is a better rep than the rose because the rose is poorly printed, both have totally the wrong shade and texture of printing throughout the dial and it's an instant tell no matter the rep. Better to pick the one you prefer the look of.
