Rose gold Big Pilot on Intime

Hi guys, got a quick question here..is the rose gold Big Pilot on ryan's website a new model/release?

I have been reading the forums a long time but i'm still not all that familiar with IWCs. I know that 3717/3777 are considered almost super reps as well as the ingeneur laurus (excuse my spelling). My question is that is this specific rose gold Big Pilot an accurate version? That being said, I have very little knowledge on big pilots.

I'm currently still using a pam111 I got a year ago..up till now there isn't really an IWC model that i have set my eyes on.
Seeing that there isn't any good portofino models, and it is also very pricey and need to go through a really long journey to get a franken portuguese..

That is the Big Pilot Tourneau, a special edition for a NYC jeweler (AFAIK). There are only 50 gen pieces worldwide. The case engraving of the rep is bad (TOURNENU instead of TOURNEAU), but the rest of the rep is ok like all 5002/5004 with non working PR. I personally won't wear a rep of a watch of which only 50 real copies are existing... But: nobody - only IWC experts - know this watch, even only a few people know IWC. ;-)

If you like the style (golden watches are not suitable for everybody!) - take it. Some more discreet IWCs are the steel BigPilot or the 3777.

When it comes to caseback engraving accuracy, the factory behind the latest IWC release always fails something ! Such a shame

It's either a misstake or wrong spelling plus you have to know that they don't run individual numbers so all produced watches will be "One out of 50". What is the chance that you get the #1 in a watch production ????

But I also heared at another forum the 3717 versions are back in production (in short): RWF
