Not having much luck with this one, just received my Clark insert in the post, damaged, looks like the postman had some fun with this one.

Yeah it was in the box, unfortunately the box was snapped in half, I think the postman must have stood on it

I managed to get my hands on a TC bracelet and have also installed a new insert from a rep whilst I am waiting for my Clark insert to arrive (good old UK post).

Plus I installed a new bezel from another rep case.

I have also trimmed the CG's a little, although I suspect it could probably do with some more.

It was running around +30 seconds a day, I have managed to get this down to +5 seconds a day and have also greased all the seals etc.

What do you guys think, does it look better or worse, any input is appreciated

Not sure if I need to trim the CG's a bit more I only did it a little.

The bezel is good ..Where did you got??
Also yes the CG's need some more..

The bezel was from a replacement case I purchased from Silix that I had intended to use to fix my other watch, but ended up using the bezel on this one.

Thanks for the details about the CG's, i will trim them some more.
