In fact, I am asking noob questions, also!
But of course after some basic research.
According to your question you should go to the "Rolex Replica" Section and read some posts from DarthAlex and after that you should be able to point out the differences between the factories.
Important to know is, that there is one thing what's bad with the ceramic subs: The crownguards! Noob has the more better shape, but in fact this issue can be fixed very quick.

You will notice his blog very soon. KEEP IN MIND, that there is no 1000% perfect replica! Every factory has it's mistakes, so at closer comparison with the genuine models, you will realize, that crownguards, crowns, endlinks and crystals are the weakest points of Noob AND other manufactorers.
