Hello team,

Happy friday !!

I'm inquiring about the availability of a Rolex Sub 16610 TC. It appears that locating the model with the "Triple Lock Crown (TC)" has become quite challenging. I've been exploring the possibility of acquiring this Super Reps NWBIG version, but it seems to be quite a rarity.

Any advice is welcome !

I'm not sure how much you know about TC, it stands for Thomas Cadell and was a US based maker that has been out of business for quite some time now. TC subs were extremely well made and nowadays are quite coveted for their rarity. Once in a while some may come up in M2M, most of them will have been frankened to some extent and they are sold within minutes. Your best bet is posting a wtb in the appropriate section and keeping an eye in M2M.

Things change! TC is gone. The 16610 has morphed and dealers come and go.
Currently, the most gen-like construction of the 16610ln is RAF- check with the TDs to see if they can still get it.
BP has recently come out with the 16610 with a VR3135 movement and the BP looks good but it isn't gen-like construction. Oh well!
You can buy the RAF and add gen parts if you're so inclined. People who buy the BP models accept the watch like it is OOTB- out of the box- and just wear it.

I bought anf enjoyed a TC 16610 V6 with a genuine Rolex insert, for me this is the best replica of a 16610 until today, the movement is broken but it is still a valuable watch to keep

You can certainly keep a defective TC, but you can also sell it to Sossy. If you no longer want it, please let me know. Now that I know you have this watch, I'm going to check my inbox every day. Maybe I'll read about you. Thank you
