Saw this watch at InTime for $228 from JKF factory. Is this the best rep out there? Any mods that need to be done? Thanks

The best rep is a franken. Outside of that a base cartel or JFK is great. Or even an MBW if you can score it. If you want to stay in great budget I recommend getting a 21j cartel and sending it over to [MENTION=40083]yodog[/MENTION] for his genius work.
