Regarding Ebay's threat to appeal, don't look for a resolution anytime soon. The appeal proceedings will take another 18 months to 2 years to work its way through the courts. In the meantime, expect Ebay to implement more draconian measures to prevent replica luxury merchandise from being auctioned on its site.
