I think that levelman is also right because if you consult the Rolex web it is indicated 44mm for the two models.
Perhaps they have even similar cases. YM II with chrono obviously but the same size.
Threfore both models have same diam.

Rolex is definitively not for my 21 cm wrist, i already have an pam111, it was sold here 1 weeks ago.
