Very nice work.

I am still not sure if ST case is the way to go. Generally speaking, Even after a lot of rework (which is mandatory), the crown guards are a little stubby on these ST cases...well they were on all the ST cases I’ve had (and that’s a lot). It’s hard to add length on the CGs. I friend of mine added some length by welding on a blob of weld to the tip of each CG and then reshaping it.

Those gen dials are lovely!!

If you look at the gen 16800/0s, the crown guards are very close. They just be to be sharpened a bit with clear cut breaks between the case and the crown guards.

The crown should also be 703 and not 704. 703s are slightly thinner than the 704s and the 703s stick out slightly on gens.


Here’s one of my builds.

The rehaut can definitely use some shaving. This is after I shaved it a little bit.

I REALLY need one of those matte dials. I have more than enough applied markers dials. Just never found a good matte dial version that’s “affordable” that’s a gen. Or maybe MQs. I’m just still iffy about ordering from him.

That’s a beaut though.
