So total weight with strap 11.5g??If you actually click on the link and read the article the 18.83 grams is for the RM 27-01 not the RM27-05. Not always a good idea to rely on Google/AI. DYOR

No. 11.5g is just the watch. So total weight with strap 11.5g??
Lowkey this seems more promising than the RM67-02 honestly. At $6500 the 67-02 is stupidly overpriced. This 27-05 at least is thin, nice, and cheap.
Where I am in Asia for business (Bangkok/SEA), I legitimately see so many fake RMs all the time I'm unfazed.RM daily ? You have quite a set of iron balls m8 !
I do not think that I've seen a fake RM in the wild. All the ones I've spotted have the correct AR and case thickness, and were worn by people who could afford one. But I bet it's different overseas.Where I am in Asia for business (Bangkok/SEA), I legitimately see so many fake RMs all the time I'm unfazed.
Honestly, travelling SEA, Japan, Hong Kong, and other such places, I came to realize luxury watches are not that rare. I tried to count the Rolexes on my most recent trip to HK and I stopped after the 2nd day because I just kept seeing Datejusts everywhere. And the most random places too. On the street. Eating at some street food mall. Guy on the subway opposite you. etc
I've seen a few real RMs at the local watch meet ups in Asia. But none of the "heavy hitter" pieces. I still want to see a RM011 in real life some day. All of them were entry level stuff like RM010. Not sure if it's just the local watch meetups/clubs I've been to but I find that the collectors here don't like RM, they prefer AP/Patek/Rolex. Or maybe they're just "wealthy" and not "generational billionaire wealthy" lolI do not think that I've seen a fake RM in the wild. How many did you count?I tried to count the Rolexes on my most recent trip to HK
Wasn't too bad the first day, around 20-25, on people's wrists around the city and coming from the airport, but when I got into the shopping streets/Nathan Road and the surrounding Central Area, I stopped counting because I think I lowball estimate saw over 200-300 alone on that street amongst grey market dealers and Rolex ADs.How many did you count?
I’d give up after the first hundred Rolexes within the first street I’m walking on for 5 minutes.

On people's wrists I mainly saw :
Didn't see many Daytonas, I think I saw less than 10 on people's wrist, mostly old generation stuff. I saw 0 Pandas in HK, and when I asked some grey market dealers about the popularity of the Daytona, they told me, it's very popular, but HK people don't wear it, they leave it in a safe to invest and wear their "cheap" Rolexes (cheap to them is under 100,000 HKD or around $10,000 USD).
- Two tone Datejust (lots of old guys wearing this, like, an insane amount, maybe HK has the highest density of two tone 36mm Datejusts in the world)
- Datejust modern variant 41mm/36mm (alot of diamond dial variants, maybe people like diamonds in Asia more?),
- Submariners - Hulk was surprisingly popular. Saw more Kermits than Black Subs.
- GMT I didn't see many Pepsis but an UNGODLY amount of black bezel 116710LNs, maybe it's popular there.
It reminded me of what a collector I knew a few times told me, he basically said, "Rolex is like G-Shock for rich people. To them it's a daily wear watch. Only poor people idolize Rolex." Which was a bit harsh but I can see why he said it, it's very true. Rolex is very common out and about in HK, it's nothing special.
Other watch brands I saw on people's wrist.... mainly AP to be honest. Saw a few offshores and a really nice rose gold 15202 someone in a suit was wearing. No Pateks out in the wild, probably because if you have Patek money you ain't slumming it in the subway and walking on the streets, you're in a private car in HK.
Yea no expectation of a working tourbillion here. However would be nice if it spun like a seconds hand. The rep is available however its got a 9015 movement so no tourbillion movement so dead giveaway and its priced around $450 so fairly well priced i guess given the size
