I just came across this replica. I know it is not perfect, it will never be with the RM skeleton dials (and additional tourbillon movements) however I like it with all the possible flaws.

What is your opinion?

Just got mine today and quite surprised from the quality. It's one of the better reps, not in terms of closer to gen but in terms of finishing like case, strap and overall materials.
It's super light, I think actually lighter than the RM-35 at least it feels super light and like I said the finishings are really great. Very comfortable to wear it.
I happen to know someone who's dad owns the gen so I might have a chance of a real side by side photoshoot but lets see.. Got the RM 27-01 from my local dealer.
Unfortunately none of my RM's get any real wrist time, besides the white RM-11.

Back to the RM 27-01. Compared to the gen, the flaws aren't that obvious at first glance. Lets look at the official RM site: http://richardmille.com/watch/rm-027-01/
If the movement would actually move, which I believe it does on the real one, else it wouldn't be a turbilion (correct me if I am wrong), it's pretty close exept for the missing purple part on the movement.

If you can pull off a $700k USD watch, you will have a hard time to get called out since hardly anyone will own one, but if you drive a Ford Fiesta you might not want to wear it

On the other side, the RM035, do you have issues with the seconds hand from 12-06 that it stops like it gets stuck and then compensates in the next second by going faster? I read somewhere that's the issue with the Miyota9015 mvt..

I don't think the straps are interchangeable. I can see screws anywhere. Looks like its locked in the case somehow. Will take some close up pics for you in a minute.

No issues or at least I didn't notice them. Like I said the RM's don't get a lost wrist time from me, so I wouldn't really notice if it's a few mins on or off.

Based on the image, it looks like the straps are interchangeable. I'd reckon that the RM035 strap ought to fit. You'd need the special screwdrivers tho.

Here are some side by side shots of the Rafa RM 35-01 and the 27-01. I don't see how the straps can be changed but I'd be happy to know.
Also I didn't measure it but just from the looks of it the case size of both watches is not identical. The 27-01 is thinner, lighter, smaller.

I can see this become my daily beater as its so super light on the wrist..

The 2 screws on the bezel are holding the strap on the rm035
Seems to be the same on the 27. I have the screwdriver so I'll try to swap when I get it
