RLX Daytona with black face and red hands ?

Hi all,
I'm searching for a Rolex Daytona with black face and red hands. So far I only see great Daytona reps but all have a white face...
Anyone know of a dealer that may such a model ?

If you are referring to the 'Tona black dial with silver and red hands, pretty much every dealer on this board has them.

You looking for the one with arabic numbers? I bought mine from razorfish and am very happy with the quality. I'm not sure if he still has one but he can probably get one soon, other dealers also have it. As for the watch it self there is a high probablity that you will need to get it serviced soon after receiving if you are planning on keeping it for a while.

Actually the daytona is for a friend (I choose simple reps where there less room for faults), so I would like the daytona to be service free for at least a year !!! Buying for someone else is more demanding...

Because Daytonas are fragile. That simple.

There's a long story about the extra cogs to move the seconds from 9 to 6 and the fragility it entails, but just take it from us the Daytonas are not the watches to get as presents.

If you just HAVE to give a Tona as a gift, please seek a pre-2005 version with seconds running @ 9.

River has a swiss daytona with seconds at 9, black with arabic numbers and red hands. Its not accurate at 9 and subdials are spaced a little far out but It would be your best bet for a reliable daytona and be the "look" your after. Its actually cheap for a swiss daytona, but not cheap compared to asians.
