Nice review my friend! Congrats on your watch, it is really excellent indeed! But contrary to what you said, I think AP extra thin tourbillon is easily distinguished by the upper gear in the dial, as it was full on rep, but there is a hollow on the gen.

That gear (the hour reduction gear) has two flaws, it should be gold colored and should be fenestrated as you mention. I know it looks enormous in these blown up pics but remember it's only a 41 mm watch and that gear is 1 mm from a incredibly distracting gyrating tourby show.
