I pulled my crown too hard and it broke off of my YM rep with the stem stuck inside. After reading some reviews here, I sent my watch to Katt on Monday, the 23rd.
Katt emailed me details about my watch. He notified me of several other issues with the watch and he went ahead and fixed everything for me. My watch now has a perfect new crown and keeps perfect time. I got my watch on Saturday. 6 days after I sent it! I had no idea he would get it done so fast.
