No tachy shave doesn't work for this model like someone mentioned. I personally like this model a lot and am putting in some effort to mod the dial to gen spec.

This really sounds interesting. Could you share more? Haha. Looks like we need to have a word because the Survivor looks like it's the next watch I'm getting. Really loving the blacked out look.

But I thought Noob just released a V2 of the survivor? I'm waiting to see reviews before I pull the trigger; I really want one.
Or are you referring to m2m pieces ?

Great review and pics. I had the old quartz version of the AP ROO Survivor and with all its imperfections it still had awesome wrist presence. I wore it to my local luxury car dealer and was fawned over by the sales folks. I look forward to V2 but would buy the V1 no question. Great job Zaeim!! -Mach
