Return Policy
Ctime will only accept a return request if the consumer receives a product that is not the same as the product purchased or if the functionality of the product was malfunctioning at the time of receipt. The refund application needs to be made within 7 days after signing the package.
In order to make a refund, the consumer will need to provide Ctime with photos of the product and a video of the malfunction immediately. If the consumer has already worn and used the watch, or has removed the protective film from the watch, a return cannot be requested.
Once the return application has been accepted, please return the product to the address specified by Ctime customer service within the specified time frame and provide Ctime with the track number.(Please do not use major shipping companies like DHL,EMS,or FedEx. Use regular registered postal service to avoid entrance problems.)
Ctime will complete the refund process within 7 days of receiving the returned parcel and completing the inspection of the product. During the refund process, Ctime may use a different account or refund channel in order to ensure that the user receives the refund as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be applied for the following situations.
1. Factory or Ctime stock does not include a replacement for the returned watch any more.
2. The product you ordered is out of stock and you do not want to wait nor choose any other product.
3. Your parcel has been seized by the customs via our recommended shipping method then you can ask for a refund or new parcel as discussed.(Customs seizing for returned package is not included) Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Some shipping methods need our clients to clear the customs themselves, and if the package is seized/missing because the client don’t cooperate with declaring, we can’t proceed with refund.(FedEx Malaysia, UPS HK, FedEx HK, Aramex, DHL HK)
5. If you receive an empty box from the post office, do *NOT* sign the parcel. You must refuse the parcel to the deliver guy and report to the post office that the weight of the box does not match the recorded weight of the parcel(or been opened by others).
*Important*: If you are not around, please ensure that someone is available to sign your parcel. We cannot be held responsible if you lose the product by no one picking it up.
Warranty Policy
Ctime will provide a 6-month warranty on the movement of the watch. If the movement does not work properly during use, the customer can send the watch back for repair for Asian countries. We are making many connections with different watchmakers in various countries around the world, for the ones who cannot send back the watch, we will provide free repairing.
PS: We are not responsible for waterproof failure, most replicas are not designed for that.
