I’m happy to share what I’ve found while researching this other side of the rep world for relatives of mine. Make sure you’re not speaking with a scammer when buying these. It’s a significantly more fragmented market than watches.
- Fisherman: specializes in shoes, both men and women, but does not offer insurance for shipments (usually 5-10% of the shipment values). Definitely gets a lot of inbound requests.
- Alisa: another middlewoman, but she goes the extra mile to find a particular bag. It’s like she enjoys the hunt.
- Leo: prices are lower than others
- Heidi: sells super high end reps from factories like 187 and God for a premium. If you order from her, you know you’re getting the bag from the correct factory.
- Shelly: the Rimowa bag queen.
- Markin: sunglasses
- Zillimark: menswear, and I’m not talking streetwear. Gorgeous shirts, pants, jackets, etc.
- LuxFactory: can make custom sizes for things like a 30k Loro Piana rep coat (!)
People have recently suggested staying away from the gang of ladies affiliated with Linda, who gained prominence after she was featured in an NYTimes article on rep bags.
As for factories, I don’t even know where to start, but here’s some info: Jing is good for Bottega, Orange Sofa is good for Gucci, Angel is good for Dior totes and some leather goods, HuaHui seems to do good LV, and Yao does good Prada nylon.
