Well supposedly the gen clasp should be the one with the "double" engraving with the crown dots being circles. However in my gen the clasp looks more like the one on top.
please excuse the dirt and smudges.

edit: just checked the TDs picutres and the rep seems to have the enraving with the double lines. Maybe OP mixed that up?

The 12th marker says it all, there is a gap that is non-existent on the rep dial

Here's my ARF V2 with gen xtal. The bottom line with these unless you know exactly what too look for they pass as legit. It's scary how good they are getting with reps. After a gen DWO and sealing for WR I'm done with it. Thanks for the comparison can't get enough of these...

Opinions on the stock crystal please? Just received mine and it looks very good to me stock, will post photos later, however my bezel is very loose any recommendations on how to fix?

The difference is day and night for the connoisseur.

Gen beauty is something else.

Differences in hour makers/hands/dial/bezel numerals are very subtle but once you know what you Lee looong at the rep will scream ugly to your eyes

Of course other people won’t notice/appreciates the subtle gen vs rep differences in your wrist but I don’t wear watches to please/fool others

I thought the Exact same, my case looks definitely very close to gen doesn’t look like it has fat lugs at all

I was talking about gen Rolex rep vs gen. my conclusion is my personal option backed up by at least x3 gen vs rep side by side reviews that I have personally done on RWI

Of course the reps are stunning but when it comes to Rolex, gen is gen

Sure, but when you make a point with a picture, the point is aliased to the picture, not your other reviews.

That there are differences between a $400 fake and a $11,000 gen will be a surprise to no one. But the difference isn’t close to what that picture suggests.
