it's pretty much open here in the southern cone. there is no enforcement for conterfit/stolen goods. if you ship thru mvd/bsas hold really good insurance. i have been approached many times for bulk purchase of gen stolen/hijacked goods. the port and customs in both arg/uru are beyond corrupt. the small time guys get shaken down, sent to jail. but the large volume hijackers/arms dealers/armed robbers do business with impunity. i sell a few (reps) on the side, not for profit (although i do) but to get rid of the reps i don't like. the idea of sending money to someone you don't know in another country is beyond the understanding of the people here. it's more of a what you have in your hand kind of culture. the campo is completely different btw, we are self-policing here. i have never been in a safer place.
