Thanks mate, I'll try again with a knife but I don't see any slots at the 11 o'clock bezel location that is mentioned in the post.

Look around the bezel bottom, since it's round the notch could be anywhere. You'll see it as basically a little hole in the bezel. If there's no hole, there's nothing to open
