I can see the CG lever sticking up past the top of the CG in that link. Also, the lever is not centered in the CG. This means the holes in the case are not centered. I would guess that any CG you put on there will have to have the holes offcenter even if the lever is centered. Otherwise the CG itself would shift too far to the top of the watch.
Is this accurate?
