What problems (besides possible ceramic probs) does the 292 have compared to the 380?

I voted 380 just on my preference or opinion that I think rads look better and more dressy polished.

More that possible you'll have lug problems. The 292 has a separate steel PVD structure inside the ceramic one. This steel structure is the piece that actually secure the lugs against the ceramic case. If it is a tiny bit loose your lugs will get loose and your watch will fall and most likely in a very embarrassing situation. It appears that the factories are not using the appropriate ceramic bonding for the steel piece.
I had to return mine and changed it for a 380 which is all steel.
Some mods disassemble the 292 and reglue the steel structure but its too hardcore for me....others just superglue the lugs.
Do some research and you'll find it is a very common issue for the 292 ....

It's difficult to understand why they leave such shitty flaws on the dial.
