I’ve never bought a custom strap. On her site it asks for length of the strap I want, 80/115, etc. I don’t know how to properly measure my wrist or what option to choose here. I’ve only bought watches off the shelves previously and had links removed or things of that nature. Is there a translation of those numbers to inches or anything? I know it’s an uninformed question, but I’m trying to make sure I buy the right thing. Thanks.

I could do it, but why do it when somebody supremely more qualified can explain. ;) This is from Toshi straps, which has long been in the business of strap making.

Enjoy. ;)

antique leather has real nice straps but I wish he would have more regular straps. That triple fold technique makes the straps very, very thick and quite stiff imo.

I ordered a few triple fold and the one below for my 087 (one of the few he has listed which isn't triple fold). Very happy with the regular 087 strap, the others are too thick for my taste.

Maybe he'll open another eBay store named "regular_leather". ":lmao:

Really like this strap on the 087.

Agree with you on triple folds. They also “shortened” the strap somewhat. Have always preferred 5mm longer for them

Not hard. Buy a metric ruler, or a digital caliper from Harbor Freight. The latter is a very useful tool for this hobby.

Measure a well - fitting strap's length, and its width both at the lugs and clasp. Her craftsmanship is excellent at her price point, IMO.

Thank you. I currently have one of his triple fold straps on my 508 but it's hard to adjust buckle on it and feels too thick on a fairly skinny wrist.

I've written him a couple of days ago to see if I can order some of the triple fold straps but have him make them in a "regular way" like the 087 above but no reply so far. Indeed great straps but he could improve his communication. I remember last time I tried to reach the guy it took 3 messages or so before he replied.
