I'm not a fan of rose gold on my skin tone, but agreed. The turqoise dial is a winner.

jfc I need that. But my plated reps don’t get much wear 1) paranoia of durability 2) I just can’t rock it yet…need some hair on my arms LOLI can post any of the up close detail pictures of the 36mm, just let me know which one you want to see, I'm not about to drop 400 images into this thread lol

I just heard back from my dealer, he attempted to have one of my piece wg wrapped, the heavier version, and it fails. But the light version was fine. Apparently it did not wanted to adhered to tungsten. He stated that "plating" would have works better on tungsten but not "wrapped"

Shame but this is well known amongst tungsten variants. That's why I still think GMF tungsten is still one of the best, since the weighted caseback or ring allows for the rest of the watch to be plated with no issue.....
Curious that it failed on one but worked on the other. Maybe it's just rep tolerance thing per usual.
Maybe the 3255 has less tungsten? 
or no tungsten on bracelet and only caseback... he just say the 155g one fail with white gold wrapped but 141g was fine. He also said white gold "plating" would have been fine on both. That's where I was confused as well. Maybe plating works better on tungsten but not wrapped.. too bad china only do wg wrapped.. maybe I'll send it to major or flan for plating once I receive it

From my experience with the GMF DD40 only the case was tungsten. Bracelet felt exactly like SS models.

Strongly doubt it. Tungsten is an insane material to work with and machining those little jubilee links out of tungsten alloy is expensive
Agree. It’s a shame tho. For me the bracelet feel is a big part of a watch. But they do look good ain’t gonna lie

ahh good point, because the rg tone on the gens in those photos dont look how they look irl either haha
yeah i know they differ im real life but gold is an alloy. it will change shades throughout the years of ownership, even Gen Gold Rolex aren't always the same shade.
